Our packing facility is subject to rigorous third-party audits that inspect,cleanliness, record keeping, and traceability. So we can guarantee our salads are safe to eat.

Lori Ward is in charge of our food safety and quality program at Solata Foods.

She is responsible for day-to-day oversight of the plant. Her attention to detail ensures that only the finest, safest salads leave our facility.
