Spring Salad

For a healthful and crunchy twist on classic Spring mix just add a few extra ingredients to bring out the flavor.

Serves: 2

Ingredients:

  • 2 -3 handfuls of Solata Spring Mix

  • ½ cup each of diced red & yellow pepper

  • ½ cup edamame

  • ½ cup shredded carrots

  • ½ cup of chopped pecans

  • 1-2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds

Place spring mix in a large bowl. Drop in all other ingredients and top with toasted sesame seeds. Dress with the salad dressing of your choice and serve.
